SO. I went on vacation. In Jamaica. For five (5) whole days. With 16 other people.
Yes. You read that correctly. SIXTEEN other people. (Well, it was really me, my sister and 15 of her close friends. Turns out none of my friends could make the trip.) *wails in Patois*
Nonetheless, I had a serious BLAST. Clear water, clear skies, clear drinks.
But I did learn a few lessons, amalgamated a list of “do’s” and “don’ts”, “yes’s” and “no’s” to help the fellow traveler or maybe just the fellow all-inclusive resort beach bums like myself. 😉

- Pool volleyball
- Hotel robes
- Gorgeous weather
- JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN
- Cold tile hotel floors (Freezing at night!)
- Cheap tequila shots
- Asking native Jamaicans to repeat themselves a million times (Just nod and smile. 🙂 )
- SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS in the Jamaican Jerk Chicken
